Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the sizing of your purchase, you may exchange it with the following conditions. Please see below for more information on our exchange policy.
RETURNS
All product purchases are final; however, exchanges are accepted. Exchanges must be requested within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To exchange a product, please email customer service at SUPPORT@ENVE34.COM to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and complete the exchange form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
All product purchases are final; refunds are not accepted. After receiving your exchange and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your request. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed and the new item has been shipped.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
ENVE34 event tickets or subscriptions.

PLEASE NOTE
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for exchanges.
We do not issue refunds; products are eligible for exchange only if the items meet specified guidelines. The exchanged product must be unused, not damaged, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the above conditions are not met. Proof of purchase is required, along with other requirements we may ask to be submitted or completed. We reserve the right to offer or decline exchanges at any time.
