DISCLAIMER: By participating in any ENVE34 event or experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are responsible for assessing your fitness level and capabilities to ensure that you participate within your personal limits. 2. Health and Safety: While we prioritize the safety of all participants, it is important to acknowledge that engaging in physical activities carries inherent risks. You understand and accept these risks and agree to take appropriate precautions to ensure your own well-being. Please follow the instructions of the trainers and event staff, and notify them immediately if you experience any discomfort, pain, or injury during the event.
3. Personal Belongings: Please be mindful of your personal belongings during the event. ENVE34 and the event venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
4. Photography and Media: By attending the event, you grant ENVE34 the right to capture photos, videos, and other media content during the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be included in such materials, please notify the event organizers in writing before the release of materials.
5. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release and discharge ENVE34, its organizers, trainers, event staff, and affiliated partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in the “Let’s Get Active” Social Experience or any event or experience.
6. Ticket Refunds and Cancellations: Ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the event at their discretion. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund or alternative arrangements as determined by the organizers.
